Mr. Hosier has over 26 years of telephony experience, including over 17 years experience with the Inter-Tel product line. While at Inter-Tel, he has held various positions, including Sr. Product Specialist & Technical Trainer, Technical Support and Training Department Manager, Repair Department Manager, Manager of Technical Training, Special Projects Manager, and presently holds the position of Senior Technical Trainer.

His educational background includes Marketing and Advertising at Cleveland State University, Ohio, and Business Administration at Lorain County Community College, also in Ohio. Mr. Hosier has acquired certification as a Langevin Master Trainer, LearningTimes-Certified Synchronous Training Professional (2004), ICMT (Inter-Tel Certified Master Technician), Telephone Industry Association - CTP (Convergence Technologies Professional), CompTia – A+, And CompTia Network+.

Notable Accomplishments: Acted as the Executive Chairman of the Certification Advisory Council for the development of the vendor neutral CTP certification.
