Sara and Dennis' Most Excellent Adventure, Cont.How we spent the Easter WeekendApril 18 - 20, 2003 Saturday morning, As we left in the morning it had begun to snow... Rt 260 through Pinetop and McNary to Eager Pick up Rt 60/180 South to Alpine, the start of the Coronado Trail (Rt 191). It was snowing heavily and we spoke briefly of waiting out the storm. The road sign said, "Mountain curves and grades next 60 miles". It was one long, two-lane, switch-back with awesome scenery at every turn. Lunch was in Clifton. (The mining was ugly) Rt 191 south to Safford. Hot Springs and a TeePee
That night we stayed in Safford....
